The evolution continues…
Since our inception June of 1999 as the original Soho Bar, to the addition of our kitchen, chef, and the Soho Burger Bar concept, we’ve meant so many things to so many different people. The original downtown party bar, to the bar that hosts all types of events, we’ve grown up with our clientele. We’ve hosted their birthdays, graduations, bridal showers, stags, rehearsal dinners, weddings, after parties, and brunches. We’ve also hosted their company happy hours, holiday parties, corporate meetings, and functions. We’ve even catered their baby showers, retirement parties and charity fundraisers. Our friends have watched the ball drop with us on New Year’s Eve, partied with us on Parade Day, enjoyed bottle service on our rooftop patio all summer long, dressed up with us on Halloween, and reminisced with us on Thanksgiving Eve. We are constantly evolving and growing with our friends.
In that same spirit, Soho the brand, continues to be a catalyst in the ascension of our downtown neighborhood, as well as for the “new” Buffalo. After the success of the Burger Bar, Frankie Primo’s +39, and our neighboring restaurants, it was clear that with the talent of our top chef Ray Flor, Chippewa is ready for the next step. Our Menu will continue to feature our most popular burgers, fresh salads, wings, and tacos. In our goal to have a little something for everyone we’ve added new appetizers such as Bacon Wrapped Dates, Shrimp and Grits, Cherry Pepper Rubbed Pork Shanks. The newly added entrée portion of our menu features a Dry Rubbed 14oz. Strip Steak, a Grilled 14oz. Center-Cut Pork Chop, and Grilled Ahi Tuna, to name a few. What would a steak be without one of our signature cocktails or a bottle of Cakebread Cabernet from our reserve wine list?! Chef Ray’s creativity really shines with our Weekly Specials.
Whether you’ve grown up with Soho or you are coming in to enjoy a bite to eat, a game on one of our 19 TVs, 3 bars, and 2 patios for the very first time, the staff relishes the opportunity to show off our fine dining quality and service in a fun, casual atmosphere.
